So I was in charge of setting up the internet and cable for the house and tried to find the best deals and least expensive options for us. We got Dishnet with lots of fun channels, recording things and HD...I guess that's pretty cool, however I am just fine with the regular kind of t.v. Anyway, that was a breeze compared to the internet. As a way of saving money, I opted out of a router and modem thinking that I had both here. I also opted out of a tech. to come set it up thinking I was savvy enough to do it myself and save $300. I got them right?! So the day came when the internet was supposed to "start". I double checked my equipment to make sure I had everything, didn't, was missing a modem, got it, and waited for the internet to "show up". I waited and waited for someone to come and tell me it was ready to go. No one came. I called AT&T and asked how I knew if the internet was on and where I plug into... I think I heard laughing on the other end. 5 days later and many hours on the phone, I talked to Agnes with Netgear. I love AGNES. I have internet now!!!
